Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return the unused portion of the product to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, and we will refund the full purchase price. All refunds are conditioned on proof of purchase.

Please e‑mail a copy of the tracking number for all items returned to returns@nutranize.com within 24 hours of mailing.

You are solely responsible for all costs associated with returning a product.

You may only return a product that you personally purchased from Dr. Megan.

Refunds should be processed within 30 days from the date of return. The form of the refund will generally be based on your original form of payment for the product.
