Should I Stockpile Dexamethasone?

Dexamethasone Saves COVID-19 Lives

The news sites around the world excitedly proclaim that the first drug to actually save lives infected by COVID-19 has been discovered in the UK: prednisone’s sister drug, dexamethasone. If it can save lives with COVID-19, does that mean I should stockpile dexamethasone?
