How do you explain to an elementary kid why they need to learn math?

Math seems so abstract and confusing, right?

So when my child’s teacher asked me how I used math in my career as the Prednisone Pharmacist, I had to think about it.

I never thought I’d get applause from 100 kids for just doing my “boring” job…

What was super surprising… and seems too much to be a coincidence…
